Fall 2023 - What To Expect Next

The Fall 2023 Season will be here before you know it! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.

Communication is key to ensure the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to make sure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder.

Included are answers to some common questions you may have.

Registration for the Fall 2023 season is open now and ends on July 30th. After the deadline, registrations will take place on a first-come, first-serve basis if there are any openings in a league we may be able to take additional registrations, however a $25.00 late fee will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division.


 
Important Dates:

May 1st: Fall registration begins

July 30st: 
Early registration closes, last day for guaranteed spot on a team. Late registration begins. Limit space, based upon availability.
  
July 31st - August 18th: 
We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules and more during this time.  
 
August 28th: 
All rosters and schedules will be posted no later than August 28th. 

Week of August 28th:
 Player's jersey, flags, and optional equipment purchased at registration will be arriving at Ship-To address provided at registration. 

TBD: 
Mandatory Virtual Coaches Meeting online, for all coaches and managers, all locations. Volunteers will receive a team shirt and a game ball prior to the season start. 

September 8th- September 11th:
Dicks Sporting Goods Appreciation Weekend. Families will receive a 20% coupon through email or you can also go here to receive the coupon.

September 9th/10th: 
Meet & Greet day and first practice! Time and location posted by August 21st under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS on landing page. Teams will meet the coach, and participate in the first practice. Bring your mouth guard, jersey and flags! 

September 16th/17th: 
1st Day of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS. Picture Days begin. Check your league location picture schedule under Schedules/Standings. 

October 21st/22nd:  
Last game day of the season. Final Lombardi and Shula Games per posted schedule, Madden playoff & Championship game times TBD.

October 28th/29th: 
League make-up date. Need determined by National Flag Football Management.

Equipment needed:

*Jerseys, Flag Belts and any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will shipped directly to your home this season!

*Shorts and/or sweatpants without pockets are to be worn during games. If a participants wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down

*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers.

COMMON QUESTIONS:

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?  You should hear from your coach no later than our virtual coaches meeting on TBD.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN TO PLAY PROTOCOLS? Please  visit here to read about our safety initiatives to protect your family this season.  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT? Once we complete putting teams together, we will ship the rosters to our inventory department who will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belts, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouth guard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
